To best serve our incredible community, our camps align perfectly with the Napa Valley Unified School District's calendar. Whether it's an afternoon camp on a minimum day or a full day of adventure on a school holiday or teacher workday, we've got your family's needs covered.

At Connolly Ranch, our discovery-based and emergent curriculum ensures that each camp is as unique as the season itself, while still igniting curiosity, creativity, and a love for the great outdoors.

Your little explorers will dive into:

• Caring for and learning about our friendly farm animals

• Discovering the wonders of our edible garden

• Unleashing their creativity with nature-inspired art projects

• Playing in our magical wild spaces, fondly known as the Grove

Camp: Camp Y-Ville Spring Break Camp

Date: Monday April 14th - Friday April 18th

Time: 7:30AM - 5:30PM

Age: 5-12

Cost: $265 Resident / $304 Non-Resident

Description: School’s OUT- Camp Y-Ville is IN! Campers will enjoy arts, crafts, games, sports, walking field trips and more! Campers aged 5 - 12 years old from any school are welcome to attend our safe and supportive camp. Please bring a lunch (that doesn't require heating), water bottle, jacket and wear athletic shoes each day. Morning and afternoon snacks will be provided. An email newsletter will be sent out the week before each camp letting you know what we have planned.

If paying in full ahead of time, $25 will be retained for cancellations. If paying just the $25 deposit, you will not be refunded for canceling. Refund of remaining fees paid will only be approved when we are notified at least 3 working days prior to the start date. Requests for full refunds or if requested less than 3 working days prior to the start date, will only be offered for medical issues with a doctor's note within 10 days of the start of the program. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.

Camp: Guild Kids Spring Break Camp

Dates: Monday, April 14th - Friday, April 18th, 2025

Time: 9:00AM - 3:00PM, extended care available from 3:00PM - 5:00PM

Age: 5-12

Cost: $93/day, $24/day for extended care

Description: GUILD Kids camps include a range of daily STEAM based projects and activities led by our skilled instructors. Our studio provides the perfect backdrop for children to explore a wide variety of art mediums in a group setting.

-Children should bring a lunch, snack/s and water bottle each day.

-Camp hours are 9am-3pm. Please plan to drop off your child no more than 5 minutes prior to camp start time and pick up promptly at 3pm. Extended day camp may be available from 8am-9pm and from 3pm-5pm for an additional fee. Preregistration is required for extended day camp.

-We work with lots of fun materials during our camps (things like glue, glitter, fabric paint, clay, natural dyes and more) and these things can sometimes be messy so you’ll want to have your child dress accordingly. 

-In addition to the scheduled crafts and activities, each day includes visits to the park adjacent to the studio. Warm coats are highly recommended as well as proper shoes and sun protection. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full payment is due at the time of enrollment, which includes a $25 nonrefundable deposit. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to camp start date are eligible for a refund minus the nonrefundable $25 deposit. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to camp start date are nonrefundable.

Camp: Surf’s Up Swim Camp at Makai Swim School

Dates: Monday, June 9th - Friday, June 13th 2025

Cost: $475/week and an annual family registration / anniversary fee of $30 is due upon initial enrollment.

Camp Highlights:

• Custom Pool Floats & Water Toys: Design and decorate your very own pool float or inflatable using foam, markers, fabric paint, and glitter! Create a one-of-a-kind design that will make a splash this summer—whether it’s a unicorn, donut, or giant flamingo.

• Poolside Accessories: Create fun summer accessories like beach bags, hats, or personalized towels. Embellish them with bright colors, fabric paints, and pom-poms to make them totally unique and perfect for a day by the pool.

Description: Artistry Unleashed

This theme encourages campers to tap into their creativity and try their hand at various art forms. They will learn about famous artists, create their own art projects, and participate in art-themed games and activities.

Come and Join us for up to 10 weeks of fun in the sun at BOSS CAMP (Blue Oak School Summer Camp). Each week filled with arts & crafts, activities, games, field trips, special guests and more! Every week will have a different theme and focus, which will align with our activities. 

Camp dates start the week of June 16th, and go through the week of August 22nd. You may reserve a spot in all or just a few of the weeks.

Hours for the camps are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. with an additional Aftercare option from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Campers must be at least 4.5 years old to attend. Older campers 11 - 14 years may explore leadership opportunities by signing up for our LIT (Leader In Training) Program.

• Create Your Own Magical Creature: Design and build a unique creature using clay, fabric, and decorative accents, giving it a backstory and magical powers!

• Dragon Wings & Unicorn Horns: Craft dazzling wings, shimmering horns, and sparkling accessories to bring your creature to life.

• Mythical Habitats: Explore nature-based projects, like creating fantastical homes, enchanted gardens, or cozy caves for your creature to inhabit.

Description: Step into a Sweet World of Creativity and Fun!

Welcome to Candy Land Art Camp, where imagination and creativity are the sweetest treats! In this colorful and exciting camp, children will embark on a journey through a world inspired by candy, where they'll craft and create fun, confection-themed art and projects without actually eating a single piece of candy!

Camp Highlights:

• Design Their Own Candy Kingdoms: Using paper, paint, and other materials, children will create magical landscapes complete with candy houses, lollipop trees, and marshmallow clouds.

• Candy Accessories: Kids will create colorful candy-inspired necklaces, bracelets, and earrings that sparkle just like sugar crystals, using beads, charms, and other craft supplies. Craft your own candy-themed crown, wand, or scepter to rule over your candy kingdom. Use glitter, colorful beads, and sweet-inspired materials to create the perfect royal accessories.

• Make Candy-Inspired Sculptures: Children will learn how to make 3D art pieces that look just like their favorite sugary treats, using clay, wire, and colorful paper.

• Sweet Textures and Patterns: Campers will experiment with textures, colors, and patterns that mimic the fun and whimsical designs found in candy wrappers, cakes, and confectionery packaging.

Calling all witches and wizards - get ready for a spellbinding adventure!  Climb aboard the Hogwarts Express at Platform 9 3/4 for five fun-filled days of activities!  The Sorting Hat will assign our young wizards to houses and the week will be filled with wand making, Quidditch, Harry Potter trivia, a Sorcerer's Stone challenge, Horcrux scavenger hunt, transfiguration challenges, potions, wizard dueling, a Tri-Wizard Tournament, and more! Description: Treasure Hunters

Join us as we travel across lands and seas in search of precious treasures as we explore all that Napa has to offer. Campers will participate in scavenger hunts, learn to read maps and compasses, and engage in themed crafts and activities.

Come and Join us for up to 10 weeks of fun in the sun at BOSS CAMP (Blue Oak School Summer Camp). Each week filled with arts & crafts, activities, games, field trips, special guests and more! Every week will have a different theme and focus, which will align with our activities. 

Camp dates start the week of June 16th, and go through the week of August 22nd. You may reserve a spot in all or just a few of the weeks.

Whether you dream of sailing the high seas as a swashbuckling pirate or swimming with the magical mermaids beneath the waves, this camp has something for every young adventurer!

Camp Highlights:

• Pirate Flags & Treasure Hunts: Craft your own pirate (or mermaid kingdom) flag featuring your custom crest, and embark on a treasure hunt around camp to uncover hidden gems!

• Mermaid Tails & Sparkling Shells: Dive into the underwater world by designing your very own mermaid tail or creating a shimmering seashell necklace fit for the most enchanting sea creatures.

-Camp hours are 9am-3pm. Please plan to drop off your child no more than 5 minutes prior to camp start time and pick up promptly at 3pm. Extended day camp may be available from 3pm-5pm for an additional fee. Preregistration is required for extended day camp.

-We work with lots of fun materials during our camps (things like glue, glitter, fabric paint, clay, natural dyes and more) and these things can sometimes be messy so you’ll want to have your child dress accordingly. 

-In addition to the scheduled crafts and activities, each day includes visits to the park adjacent to the studio. Warm coats are highly recommended as well as proper shoes and sun protection.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Do you have what it takes to break the code? This camp is all about pushing that brain power to the maximum. Campers will work as a team and use their detective skills to solve mysteries and crack codes and puzzles.

Come and Join us for up to 10 weeks of fun in the sun at BOSS CAMP (Blue Oak School Summer Camp). Each week filled with arts & crafts, activities, games, field trips, special guests and more! Every week will have a different theme and focus, which will align with our activities.

GUILD Kids camps include a range of daily STEAM based projects and activities led by our skilled instructors. Our studio provides the perfect setting for children to explore a wide variety of art mediums in a group setting.

Camp: BOSS CAMP 2025 - Travel & Traditions

Dates: Monday, August 11th - Friday, August 15th 2025

Time: 8:00AM - 4:00PM

Age: 4.5 - 10

Cost: $450/early bird special and $500 after 2/17

Aftercare from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m for $50.00

Description: Travel & Traditions

This theme allows campers to learn about different cultures and countries around the world. Campers will participate in cultural workshops and games, and learn about famous landmarks and traditions. We will also cook and taste foods from all over the globe.

Come and Join us for up to 10 weeks of fun in the sun at BOSS CAMP (Blue Oak School Summer Camp). Each week filled with arts & crafts, activities, games, field trips, special guests and more! Every week will have a different theme and focus, which will align with our activities. 

Camp dates start the week of June 16th, and go through the week of August 22nd. You may reserve a spot in all or just a few of the weeks.

Hours for the camps are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. with an additional Aftercare option from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Campers must be at least 4.5 years old to attend. Older campers 11 - 14 years may explore leadership opportunities by signing up for our LIT (Leader In Training) Program.

Aloha, young artists! Get ready to dive into a colorful world of creativity at our Luau-Themed Art Camp, where the magic of the islands meets the joy of artistic expression. Inspired by the vibrant colors, tropical landscapes, and lively culture of Hawaii, this camp will take your child on an exciting creative journey through crafting, and hands-on projects — all while celebrating the spirit of Aloha!

General Info:

GUILD Kids camps include a range of daily STEAM based projects and activities led by our skilled instructors. Our studio provides the perfect setting for children to explore a wide variety of art mediums in a group setting.

-Children should bring a lunch, snack/s and water bottle each day.

-Camp hours are 9am-3pm. Please plan to drop off your child no more than 5 minutes prior to camp start time and pick up promptly at 3pm. Extended day camp may be available from 3pm-5pm for an additional fee. Preregistration is required for extended day camp.

-We work with lots of fun materials during our camps (things like glue, glitter, fabric paint, clay, natural dyes and more) and these things can sometimes be messy so you’ll want to have your child dress accordingly. 

-In addition to the scheduled crafts and activities, each day includes visits to the park adjacent to the studio. Warm coats are highly recommended as well as proper shoes and sun protection.
